Return and Refund Policy

At Derek Gear, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products, and if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our refund, return, and exchange guidelines below.

1. Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within ,5-10 days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (size or colour), please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. We do not hold items for exchange until the returned item is received.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Warranty

Derek Gear products come with a 1-year  warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service 
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
